10 days left until C’s beach-vacation —> Bikini-body needed!!!
From now on:
-no cheatday (no chocolate, fast food and white bread)
-healthy nutrition (+ only proteins + vegetables for dinner)
-2l of water every day
-lots of sports & exercises (focus on running and squats)
-sleep – go to bed early (at least 8 hours)
By the way, I´m waiting for my Victorias Secret-delivery: SPECIAL bikini for a SPECIAL holiday!
